120 Years of Lancia

Founded in 1906 by Vincenzo Lancia in Turin, the Italian marque built over twelve decades an identity all its own, defined by technical innovation, elegant lines and an unforgettable presence in motorsport. From seminal models such as the Lambda, the Aurelia and the Fulvia, to rally glory with the Stratos, the 037 and the Delta, Lancia wrote some of the most fascinating chapters in automotive history, always with an unmistakable personality and a technical approach that rarely followed convention.

In 2026, as it celebrates a century and two decades of existence, Lancia retains a singular place in the collective memory of motoring enthusiasts — and the Motorclássico Show pays tribute with a presence worthy of a 120-year legacy.

50 years of the Ford Fiesta

Launched in 1976, the Ford Fiesta emerged as a direct response to new demands for urban mobility, efficiency and cost containment, quickly gaining a prominent place in the market. Reliable, practical and with a simple but effective design, the little Ford became a familiar sight on European roads, accompanying generations of drivers in a wide range of uses, from everyday city driving to their first adventures outside the city.

In 2026, half a century after its launch, the Fiesta remains alive in the collective memory and in the garages of many enthusiasts, establishing itself today as a true modern classic. Its longevity, combined with the social and industrial impact it has had over the decades, fully justifies the tribute paid to it at the Motorclássico Show, which celebrates not only a model, but an essential chapter in the history of affordable motoring in Europe.

50 Years of the Mercedes-Benz W123

Launched in 1976, the W123 quickly established itself as a benchmark in the executive segment, winning a loyal customer base through the solidity of its construction, its mechanical longevity and an elegant sobriety that time has never managed to date. Produced in more than 2.7 million units until 1985, it became one of the best-selling Mercedes of all time and remains today, half a century on, one of the most sought-after and respected classics on the world market.

Fifty years have done nothing to diminish the fascination the W123 continues to hold for collectors and enthusiasts alike. In 2026, the Motorclássico Show marks this anniversary with a presence dedicated to a car that remains, five decades later, a benchmark of German engineering.

40 Years of the Citroën AX

Launched in 1986, the Citroën AX established itself early on as an intelligent response to the demands of an era defined by resource restraint and the pursuit of efficiency. Light, economical and surprisingly practical, the small Citroën won over drivers of the most varied profiles, becoming a familiar presence on European roads and a faithful companion in the daily lives of many families. Its structural lightness and low fuel consumption made it a case study for the industry, anticipating concerns that are now central to contemporary mobility.

The celebration includes the presence of the Clube Citroën Clássico de Portugal and a selection of examples representing the model’s most diverse facets — from the purest versions to the sporting variants — composing a complete portrait of a car that, far beyond mere transport, embodied a new way of thinking about mobility.

40 Years of the BMW M3 E30

Presented in 1986 as a homologation model for the German Touring Car Championship (DTM), the M3 E30 was born with a clearly defined purpose: competition. Equipped with a high-revving four-cylinder engine, advanced technical solutions for its time and a thoroughly revised aerodynamic package over the standard production model, it distinguished itself rapidly both on track and on the road, accumulating significant sporting results and consolidating its reputation among enthusiasts.

In this year marking four decades of the M3 E30, the Motorclássico Show welcomes a singular example: the Portuguese Art Car conceived by pilot Luís Liberal and created by artist Luio Onassis, inspired by the tradition of the BMW Art Cars and at the wheel of which Liberal claimed the 2025 Portuguese Velocity Legends Championship title.
